Avocados after ripening in the fridge!

Leave unripe avocados outside, ripe ones in the fridge. This will slow down over-ripening by up to 50%. Soft avocados want a cool place.

Ketchup in the fridge? Definitely yes!

After opening, ketchup belongs in the refrigerator, where it will last up to 6 months. This also applies to other sauces with sugar and vinegar.

Did you know... coffee doesn't belong outside?

Ground coffee will last 3-4 weeks in the fridge. For the discerning there is a freezer, but in a well-sealed container.

Soy sauce? Refrigerator will extend life

Refrigeration will extend the quality of soy sauce for up to 6 months. It will preserve the taste, colour and aroma. Don't leave it on the counter!

Maple syrup - always in the fridge!
